Notes:
Depiction of the front facade of the bank building from Second Street. Built in 1800 the Benjamin Latrobe-designed building was the first example of Greek Revival-style in the United States. Constructed of Pennsylvania marble, the much-admired building featured two porticos of six Ionic columns each.
