Advertisement showing a sidewalk bustling with people in front of the "Maas, Percival & Maas" building located at the southwest corner of Fourth and Library Streets, below Chestnut. In addition to the building's owner, engraver of embossed cards, envelopes, labels, etc., signage on the facade advertises the presence of several tenants as Evans, card and fancy printer; Louderback & Hoffmann, engravers on wood; J. R. McMullin, blank book manufacturer; Dimes Saving Fund; Bailey & Alexander, ship and custom-house brokers. A coach and horses is being driven hard past the building.
