Depicts the hospital building originally named College Hall, built 1871-72, on the West Philadelphia campus of the University of Pennsylvania. Designed by architect Thomas Webb Richards, the building later became known as Logan Hall, and then Claudia Cohen Hall. HUP, as it is known, was the nation's first teaching hospital.
