Depicts horse-drawn sleighs speeding up and down a wide snow-covered street. Crowds are promenading on the sidewalk and, in the foreground, a child pulls a sled in the snow. Stately mansions and other buildings that border this section of North Broad Street provide a sharp contrast to this flurry of activity.
