Notes: Item 1, top: Architectural rendering of the municipal court building on Logan Square. Designed in the classical revival style by famed architect John T. Windrim, the building was finished in 1941. Newspaper clipping, undated. 17.2 x 10.9 cm.
Notes: Item 2, bottom: Illustration of the First Federal Custom House, which stood on 2nd Street below Dock Street. Built in 1817 after designs by noted architect William Strickland, the three-story building featured a William Rush statue of "Commerce" in a niche near the apex of the pediment. Newspaper clipping from the Evening Bulletin dated November 17, 1939. 16.4 x 13.3 cm.
