Item 3, bottom: Image of the Medical Department (left) and the College (right) of the University of Pennsylvania, on its 9th Street campus at 9th Street, above Chestnut Street. The College building was originally built as the presidential residence for George Washington, but the capital was moved to Washington, DC, in 1800. The University of Pennsylvania used the building from 1802-1829, when it was demolished, and replaced on the same site by two new university buildings. Engraving, 25 x 15.5 cm, undated.
