Halftone reproduction of a photograph showing the old Krider Road House located at Thirty-Seventh Street and Woodland Avenue. The building dates back to the commencement of the 19th Century, and during the early years of its existence was a well-known and established road house. It stood then alone on the old Darby road and was one of the stopping-places for Conestoga wagons journeying West from the city.
