Copyprint of a photograph showing a horse-drawn streetcar at the Haddington Terminus, 65th & Vine Streets. Shows the driver and conductor standing on the front and rear platforms of the carriage, respectively. Signage on the side of the car identifies the owner as the West Philadelphia Passenger Railway Company. The railway was chartered in 1857, and ran from 41st Street and Haverford Avenue.

Halftone reproduction of a lithorgraph depicting The Reading Railroad Terminal when it first opened in 1893. The eight-story Headhouse was designed in the Italian Renaissance style by architect Francis H. Kimball. It was built to house the passenger station and company headquarters. The Trainshed was designed by Wilson Brothers Company, and was one of the largest structures of its kind in the world.
