Watercolor painting of landscape with trees surrounding a pond. Two people walk on a landing stage toward a boat with another person sitting onboard. The mill pond worked Garrett's Union Paper Mill at Darby Creek in Delaware County. Edwin Garrett oversaw the construction of the mill, which was completed in 1869. Its principal product was card stock and wallpaper.
