Shows people enjoying the tranquility of the park: a man in the foreground stands in contemplation looking across the reflecting pool; a nanny pushes a baby stroller along one of the main walkways, two well-dressed ladies follow, one holding a parasol; a small boy watched over by his nanny plays with his toy boat; and a young girl sits on the balustrade surrounding the pool, visible behind her is the The Lion Crushing a Serpent by the French sculptor Antoine-Louis Barye.
