Well, it's that time of year again: The Holidays—or as I like to refer to them—The Holidaze. Whether you celebrate Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Winter Solstice, Festivus, or nothing at all, life in general around this time of year can be overwhelming and definitely throw some people into a daze. Some spend time with family and friends, others volunteer their time to help those less fortunate, while others cope with holiday malaise in their own ways.
