Attendees to a Monday night meeting at Mt. Airy’s Lovett Memorial Library were briefed on the Free Library of Philadelphia’s plan to divide its 54 branches  into a handful of regional clusters of six to eight libraries each—arranged so as to complement each other’s inventory, programs, and specialties.
