Our website is constantly evolving to allow you quick access to our resources, and we love when we get feedback and suggestions from patrons. One patron suggested we provide links on our mobile website to our ebooks so she could easily download books to her phone--done! Another patron wanted to know what was open after 5 p.m., so he could visit after work-- done!

Mobile Website Updates:
- New layout design
- Find a Location - quickly see what's open Today, This Morning, This Evening, This Saturday
- Digital Downloads - browse our ebooks, audiobooks, music, and videos, and download them to your mobile device
- Digital Collections - browse through select images from our digital collections
Branch Page Updates:
- Links allow you to quickly see what's open This Morning, This Evening and This Saturday.
- Branch hours are now listed in an easy-to-read grid, and the current day is highlighted.
- If a branch is closed for the day or an extended period of time, it is highlighted on the page.
- The Parkway Central Library departments page lists the hours in an easy to read grid, and the current day is highlighted.
- System-wide closings for holidays (or snow days) will be displayed on all branch pages.

Your branch hours info page for Philadelphia City Institute says there is a book drop now, I just went to go drop off my books and the drop was locked shut.
Please check the info for your branches, I use it ALL the time and previously the PCI page said there was NO book drop so I when I saw the change today, I figured it was true. Whoops.

From an aesthetic point of view, the mobile version is some great work! User-friendly as it should be.
Also great to read about the use of feedback, listening to the community's wishes and apply changes based on that. From practice () I can tell that many institutions could still learn from that.
