The City of Philadelphia's Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disAbility Services (DBHIDS)  will be at the library on the last Wednesday of the month. If you have questions about the mental health, or substance abuse services the City can provide, stop by to chat. Representatives will be at the library today from 11:00 until 1:00 p.m.
