Learn about Pennsylvania’s judicial ethics requirements, including recusal and disciplinary processes. Pennsylvania has a Judicial Code of Conduct, a Judicial Conduct Board, and a Judicial Ethics Advisory Board. This program will discuss what they each do, and what you can do if you have a concern with a judicial proceeding.
Pennsylvanians for Modern Courts is a nonpartisan nonprofit that envisions a Pennsylvaniania judicial system in which everyone who participates is assured impartiality, fairness, accessibility, and respect.
