Notes: The inner cover of the manuscript has been used as a place for the bookplates and notes of the manuscript's previous owners. The bookplate in the center of the inside cover is that of Count Archinto, of Milan, who owned the book in the eighteenth century. The first folio of the manuscript displays the signature of and inventory number of Sir Thomas Phillipps (1792-1872), an avid nineteenth-century British manuscript collector. Although his ownership mark does not appear here, John Frederick Lewis was the last owner of the book before it was given to the Free Library in 1936.
Notes: The scribe Johannes de Camenago identifies himself in a note on fol. 5r, which reads: "Scriptum opus p[raese]ns fuit per me Johannem de Camenago M[i]len 1459."
