At This Table: A Monument Lab Residency Exhibition
Heim Center for Cultural and Civic Engagement at Parkway Central Library
At This Table: A Monument Lab Residency Exhibition is a Free Library Exhibitions collaboration with Monument Lab that marks the culmination of the 2025 Monument Lab Residency, presenting new monumental prototypes by Philadelphia-based artists-in-residence Nazeer Sabree and Levester Williams.
The exhibition’s title, drawn from Joy Harjo’s poem “Perhaps the World Ends Here,” centers the kitchen table as a site of gathering and exchange, where we come to understand who we are and how we connect to one another.
Lead support for the Monument Lab Artist Residency is provided by the William Penn Foundation, with additional support from Urban Art Projects (UAP) and the Ogilvie Family Foundation.
