The holidays can be full of fun and memories. They can also be a bit stressful at times, especially for caregivers. If you are caring for somone who has intellectual/developmental disabilities, and/or autism, we invite you to join us for a time of learning stress relief techniques as well as introducing other useful resources. This will also be a time for connecting with and supporting one another as caregivers. This program is hosted Vision for Equality's Family Support Projects.
