LCD Free Legal Clinic: Wills and Powers of Attorney

On March 12, 2025, at 11 a.m., Parkway Central Library, in collaboration with the Legal Clinic for the Disabled (LCD), will host a free life planning documents legal clinic. Eligible participants will have the chance to meet one-on-one with a volunteer attorney to receive legal advice, and to draft and finalize a will and/or power of attorney. Pre-registration is required, and once registered, an LCD staff member will follow up to confirm eligibility and address any questions.
Earlier that same day at 10 a.m., LCD will offer a "Know Your Rights" presentation for individuals with questions about landlord/tenant and housing rights. No pre-registration is necessary for this presentation.
