Learn about Pennsylvania's judicial ethics requirements, including recusal and disciplinary processes. Pennsylvania has a Judicial Code of Conduct, a Judicial Conduct Board, and a Judicial Ethics Advisory Board. This program will discuss what they each do, and what you can do if you have a concern with a judge or judicial proceeding.
This workshop is being offered both in person and virtually by Pennsylvanians for Modern Courts.
