Join the Celebration: Hispanic Heritage Month at the Free Library
By Saloua A.
From September 15 to October 15, the Free Library observes Hispanic Heritage Month, inviting all to come together and connect through an appreciation of Hispanic history and culture. This year, the Library's Hispanic Heritage Month theme is From Roots to Stories, We Are One Fabric / De Raíces a Historias, Somos un Tejido, uplifting the power of community in our diversely interwoven city.
Come learn and explore as we share our best recipes, swap songs, and knit ourselves tighter into the fabric of the world. This month will highlight the importance of song and storytelling, craft circles, and dance.
