Can you explain the resason for the limiting the number of checkouts in a month? I can read 4 books in a week. With Overdrive I could check out as many as I wanted. More and more of your books are on Hoopla which is severely restricting my access to your books.

Hi Karen. We're sorry that we are not able to offer more Hoopla checkouts per month at this time. To provide equal access to the subscription service, while staying within our budget, we must create limits on its usage. We offer a variety of ways to enjoy digital content at the Free Library:
Hoopla - You may checkout 4 items a month.
Overdrive - You can checkout 6 items at a time and have 10 items on hold at once.
Kanopy - You can watch 4 films a month.
RBDigital - You can checkout 6 audiobooks at a time as well as an unlimited number of digital magazines
Freading - You can checkout 6 ebooks a week.
