Rules & Regulations

Parkway Central Library is a city-owned building and an active public space. Its capacity, wall displays, floor space, exterior surfaces, and exhibitions are subject to change. Brûlée Catering and the Free Library will work with hosts to jointly accommodate the host's event and Library programming. Hosts must adhere to certain rules and regulations, as governed by the City's ownership of the Parkway Central Library building.
