The Free Library is home to many citizenship and naturalization resources. These include materials to help you study and prepare for the Citizenship exam, online citizenship practice tests, and other resources as well as our English Language Learning (ELL) classes and Conversation Groups.     Provides information and resources for immigrant Philadelphian's and those wishing to pursue citizenship.

    Get the Information you need to smoothly navigate the process and procedures if you are a visitor to the United States, coming to work, study, conduct business or to immigrate.
  • Visa Waiver Program

    The Visa Waiver Program (VWP) is administered by DHS and enables eligible citizens or nationals of designated countries to travel to the United States for tourism or business for stays of 90 days or less without first obtaining a visa.
