Languages and Learning serves as the Free Library of Philadelphia's center for adult education resources, connecting patrons seeking Adult Basic Education (ABE), English Language Learner (ELL), and World Language instruction to the appropriate services. We offer online GED ® and HiSET ® courses through the Essential Education platform, run language learning and conversation circles, offer tutoring services, and more.
