Books, movies, music, and more: hand-delivered to your door!

Homebound Library Services include free deliveries and returns, extended six-week loan periods, and personal assistance in selecting your choices from our vast collection of materials.

Eligibility: If you are a full-time caregiver or a Philadelphia resident of any age homebound as the result of a disability, injury, or another temporary setback, you can qualify for a Homebound Services Library Card.
