Jeffrey Eugenides is the celebrated author of the Pulitzer Prize-winning novel Middlesex, which has sold more than 3 million copies worldwide, and the critically acclaimed novel The Virgin Suicides, which was adapted into a feature film by Sofia Coppola. He is the recipient of numerous honors and awards, including fellowships from the Guggenheim Foundation and the National Endowment for the Arts, a Whiting Writers' Award, and the Henry D. Vursell Memorial Award from the American Academy of Arts and Letters. The Marriage Plot is his long-awaited new novel.
