Renowned psychologist Carol Gilligan is the author of In a Different Voice-“the little book that started a revolution” (Harvard University Press)-which criticized Lawrence Kohlberg’s research on children’s moral development and laid the foundation for the theory now known as the ethics of care. After publishing several additional books on women’s psychology, Gilligan is making her first foray into fiction with Kyra, a love story.
