Orson Scott Card is the author of the sci-fi classic Ender's Game (1985), "the science fiction novel for people who don't think they like science fiction." He was the first author ever to win both the Nebula Award for Best Novel and the Hugo Award for Science Fiction Achievement two years in a row (first for Ender's Game, then Speaker for the Dead).
