A journalist and former diplomat, Krista Tippett is the host of Speaking of Faith, public radio’s weekly conversation about religion, ethics, and ideas. Tippett came up with the idea for Speaking of Faith and has hosted the show since it began in 2000 as an occasional feature. She has written and reported for the New York Times, Newsweek, and the BBC. In her new book, Tippett draws on her life experiences, studies, and conversations with people such as Karen Armstrong, Freeman Dyson, John Polkinghorne, and Elie Wiesel to explore complex topics within the context of spirituality.
