The Patent and Trademark Collection, a federal depository since 1986, provides access to all patents and trademarks that have been issued by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Staff is available to assist patrons in using the print and electronic search tools. Legal advice is not given, but the U.S Code, the Code of Federal Regulations, and the list of Attorneys and Agents Registered to Practice in the U.S.P.T.O. are available in the Collection.
