This is a ca. 1935 image, taken by amateur Philadelphia photographer Claude Alexander, showing a fountain in the Strawberry Mansion section of Fairmount Park. Originally located near the Dauphin Street entrance to the park, the fountain was eventually dismantled in the 1950s.
