Translation:

To these two married people, namely Martin Singer and his lawful wife Rosina, a born Schützin, a daughter was born into the world, named Elisabeth, was born into the world in the year of our Lord 1797, the 5th day of February, at 7 o’clock in the evening, in the sign of Virgo. Through which she was incorporated into God’s covenant of grace, and Pastor H. Milenberg [Heinrich Ernst Mühlenberg], preacher and servant of God’s word, on the 29th of March baptized and named her as mentioned above. Above mentioned was born in America, in the province of Pennsylvania, in Lancaster County, Manheim Township. Sponsors are [blank].

Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. The main text in Fraktur is within large central heart, surrounded by twelve smaller hearts with the baptismal verses. Two birds on branches are in the lower corners. In the upper left corner are a moon and stars, and in the upper right corner is a sun. Tulips are in the top center and below the main text in the large heart.
