Translation:

To these two married people, namely Johannes Killinger and his lawful wife Susanna, a born Deinigering, a son was born into the world, named Johannes, in the year of our Lord 1797, the 25th day of February at 12 o’clock noon, in the sign of Aquarius. And she was incorporated into God’s covenant of grace, and on the 27th of April, Pastor Lup, preacher and servant of God’s Word, baptized and named her, as mentioned above. Above mentioned was born in America, in the province of Pennsylvania, in Dauphin County, Londonderry Township. Sponsors are Johannes Wolffersperger and his lawful wife Marcreda.
God bless our entry and departure, your tilled and seeded, your morning and evening offerings. May the mountains proclaim peace to you, and may the hills rejoice before you. May your children grow up like the cedars of Lebanon.

[in frame on top]
Sing and play for the Lord in your hearts.
