Fridrich Geissenheimer \ L. prediger seine Eltern wahren weiland Philip Kuns \ Und seine Ehfraau, eine gebohrne Achabach \ Wer Gott Vertraut Hat Wohl gebaut, dem Soll der Himmel Werden \ wer Sich verläßt auf Jesum Christ, der wird auch seelig werden. Translation:
In the year of our Lord 1794, the 25th of July, David Kuns was born. He was brought to the holy baptism. His sponsors were Nicholas Drumbauer and his wife Magdalena. He was baptized by Mr. Fridrich Geissenheimer, L[utheran] preacher. His parents were at the time Philip Kuns and his wife, a born Achabach. Whoever trusts in God has built well, heaven shall be his. Whoever relies on Jesus Christ will also become blessed. P. M., Schoolmaster, May 5th, 1814.

In 1818 Phillip Mumbauer was a schoolmaster in Upper Milford Township, Lehigh County, near the Bucks County border.
