Cage discusses works for percussion orchestra by himself and American composers Lou Harrison and WIlliam Russell that the Fleisher Collection can copy for addition to its holdings; however, the Collection needs to obtain them from Henry Cowell, because he was considering them for publication in the New Music Editions at the time. Cage also discusses his attempt to establish a center of experimental music and suggests that Edwin Fleisher's Symphony Club could perform such music.
