Notes:
Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. In the center of the document is an arch topped by a striped circle. It is by two columns that are topped by striped circles and decorated by with two faces. Beneath the arch is a stylized tree, or flower, within an oval shape. Leafy stems of flowers are next to it as well as in the upper corners of the document. The name and year in Fraktur and a fan-like flower are within the arch. The place and date in Roman script are in the lower right corner.
