Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. In the center of the document in a rectangular frame are a flowerpot with flowers and two rosettes. The name within a rectangular frame is below it. Along the top and bottom of the item within a border are two flowerpots with leafy flowers. On the sides within the border are leafy decorative vines. According to Pastor Frederick S. Weiser, this fraktur is from the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia.
