Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. The name Harlan D. M. Taylor in Roman print is written in the form of an arch in the upper portion of the document. Below it is the remainder of the text. In the lower right corner of the document is a three-mast sailing vessel. On it are two dogs, and next to it is a fish. Images of a leopard, horse, bird, giraffe, squirrel, lion and several trees are above the ship. On the reverse are various doodles and letters in pencil.
