Translation:

Lord, contend with my contenders, fight against those who fight against me. Take hold of the shield and weapons and sally forth to help me. Draw the spear (?) and protect me against my pursuers. Speak to my soul, I am your help. Let them be ashamed and dishonored who seek after my soul. They must turn back and be [confounded?], and the angel of the Lord pursues them, for they have set for me without cause their nets of ruin, and they have without cause prepared a pit for my soul. They must immediately be attacked and his net that he put up for me must ensnare him and he must be attacked in it. But my soul shall rejoice in the Lord and be happy for his help.
