"Talk of a third party was belittled today by Sen. Borah, of Idaho, a leader of the Senate independents, but he spoke significantly of realignments, particularly in legislative manners. Sen. Borah said he saw no possibility of a single new party or group of leaders staisfying the constituency of such such issues as power, prohibtion, and farm relief."
