The experimental Sting Ray sports car is based on an advanced multi-tubular chassis with de Dion rear suspension and inboard rear brakes. Its crisp lines set exciting new standards for sports car styling.

(Front brakes applied by master cylinder with vacuum assist; rear brakes applied by vacuum servo only, with provision for limiting rear brakeline pressure to prevent rear wheel lockup.) Cast iron drums with radial fins mounted inboard at rear.
