Mr. Charles Dickens presents his compliments to Mr. Grundy, and begs to acknowledge the receipt of Mr. Grundy’s very obliging letter. He fears however that his absence from town just now, will prevent his having the pleasure of availing himself of the pleasure it proposes to him.
