For Use: In Connection with THE NEW YORK INTERNATIONAL AUTOMOBILE SHOW. The Coliseum, New York, April 3-11, 1971
The customized 1971 Riviera displayed in the Buick exhibit at the International Automobile Show (April 3-11 at the New York Coliseum), its exterior pearlescent dark gold with double striping outlining the aero-dynamic sculpturing along the sides. Plush carpeting, black-calfskin-covered seats and brown-and-gold trim accent the interior. A 455-cubic inch V-8 engine and a computer-controlled option called MAxTrac, which reduces rear end swerve on slippery road surfaces, are among the many features this car shares with the production Riviera.
