Billions and millions of years ago - another kind of rock appeared. The Sedimentary rocks - The rains fell and great oceans covered much of the land - and the mountains were washed away into the oceans and layer upon layer of ? was laid down on the ocean floors - and for a time climate grew very cold and great glacier covered much of the land - and then melted and again it would happen - mountains build up and only to be worn down - and glaciers and oceans etc.

Early life made its first appearance."
