Parkway Central Library is hosting its fourth annual FREE comics and gaming convention for Philadelphia! It is a day of art displays and workshops, discussion panels, gaming, cosplay, and community-building at the Parkway Central Library. It will feature teen artists, professional artists and writers, local businesses, organizations and schools associated with comics and graphic art.
