Join in a conversation about mental health issues in the African American community, including the impacts of traumatic experiences, disparity in access to mental health care, and the stigma around mental illnesses.
The panel, moderated by Jaynay Johnson, Co-founder of the Black Brain Campaign, will include mentor and activist Shawn Frogg Banks; marriage and family therapist and Black Brain Campaign Co-founder Farida Boyer; and Glen Ellis, writer and advocate for health equity and ethics in medicine.
