Stained Glass Art Workshop with John Sarantitis
Paschalville Library
Join us every day from Monday to Friday, 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. | December 8th through December 19th
As part of the new public art seating with glass mosaic inlay at Paschalville Library, artist Josh Sarantitis will be conducting a series of afternoon stained glass workshops for neighborhood residents and artists. This is an open workshop and is available to the general public, artists, residents, students, and families - all are welcome to attend!
- Learn how to design and fabricate your own stained glass window ornament, from sketch to finished piece
- Create a beautiful glass mosaic to hang in your window, using your own design or a stencil.
- Choose your own glass colors.
- Cut your glass to shape.
Come use the same tools and materials that Josh is using to create the outdoor installation. Learn about how public art is made, and create your own art piece at one or more of these open workshop sessions.

Learn:
- How to design for stained glass.
- How to use digital tools to aid the design and fabrication process.
- How to cut stained glass to shape.
