When Love Turns Harmful: Tools to Identify Intimate Partner Violence and Access Help
Women in Transition (WIT) will be at Northeast Regional Library at 5:00pm on Monday, October 27 to cap off National Domestic Violence Awareness Month. While Teens are invited to this program, this sensitive subject matter is better suited to older teens.
Founded in 1971, WIT offers free and confidential services including: telephone and crisis counseling, peer support groups, individual empowerment counseling, advocacy and referrals, community education, and self-defense classes. Please join us for this important presentation about what to do “when love turns harmful.”
