English as a Second Language

Community College of Philadelphia is offering English as a Second Language (ESL) classes. There is no cost to you and textbooks will be provided.  Interested learners must complete a placement test. Test dates are scheduled for 9/22  and 9/24.  Up to 15 individuals can be tested on each date.
